With almost 33% of the population in Durham being between 18-34 years-old, Durham is a hotbed for millennials. Durham is home to Duke, so this helps bolster the amount of young people that are within city limits. However, it’s not just a college town. Durham has a ton of great restaurants and activities available for locals. Not to mention, if you’re working in Raleigh, Durham is just a short drive away.
