We released a live chat feature on our redesigned website last week. Users are able to chat live with a qualified professional from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. seven days a week about any questions they may have regarding the home buying, selling or mortgage application and approval process.
If users have a question after 8 p.m. they are able to leave a chat message which will be answered at the first of the next day.
