“The location and new design of our office space in Piedmont Town Center will enable Prudential to add value to our clients and agents,” said Tommy Camp, president and CEO of Prudential Carolinas Realty. “It’s convenient, comfortable and full of forward-thinking amenities that showcase our leadership in today’s real estate market.”
Created by Steele Design, the new office will provide a welcoming environment that incorporates a mix of work and lifestyle amenities.
It will include:
- coffee bar
- wireless internet
- large flat screen televisions
- state-of-the-art conference rooms
- an advanced phone system that allows agents to sync desktop phones with their cell or home phones.
In addition, the office plan offers “touchdown” spaces – a new concept in real estate – that let agents drop in at any free work station and quickly connect to everything they need to do business in the office. This new design concept offers an alternative to traditional real estate offices, where every agent has an assigned workspace, and matches the way agents work in today’s fast-paced environment.
“Our new offices on Piedmont Row will be tailored for today’s agents, who are always on the go but still need a place where they can easily connect with tools when they do need to be in the office and provide a convenient, professional space to meet with their clients,” said Marian Padgett, broker-in-charge of the new Piedmont Town Center office.
Taking its cue from Fortune 500 companies such as Microsoft, Bank of America and AT&T, Prudential Carolinas is the only real estate firm in the market providing this new office design concept. The company has opened similar spaces in other markets, including Rock Hill, S.C., and the Triad.
