Confidence in Homeownership Increasing

With a lot of the focus being on the condition of the
U.S. housing market at the moment, all of the statistics being thrown at you
can become a little overwhelming.

Is the market rebounding? Is this a false start?

Regardless of what the actual statistics say, we are all
thinking and talking about the real estate market for a good reason. Changes
are occurring which deserve attention.

According to the Prudential Real Estate Outlook Survey
for the 2nd Quarter, confidence in homeownership has risen to 69%
which is a 6% increase from the first quarter survey in 2012 and a 17% increase
from the first-quarter survey in 2011.

72% of the survey takers expressed confidence that
property values will improve during the next two years.
