The past 4 years have been a rough patch in the American
lifestyle, hitting most Americans in the wallet and our largest industries in
the gut. That being said, 64% of the respondents had a favorable perception of
the U.S. housing market, up from 52% in the first-quarter 2011.
Owning a home is still very much a large part of the
American dream, said 78% of respondents when asked if owning a home was very important.
Even if we don’t have the means to
purchase a home right at this moment, the general consensus is still to work
towards that end means.
